These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Glowshop.com website and, by accessing this website and⁄or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you should not access this website. If you have any questions relating to the terms and conditions, please call us on 0121 423 2000 between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, before placing an order.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to UV Light Technology Limited. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.

We reserve the right to, modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website or any part thereof, without notice to you. We confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and⁄or change the terms and conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the website, or any part thereof, following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the terms and conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions, you should immediately stop using the website.

Description of Products:

Each item purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional specific conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, estimated delivery dates and times. We will take all reasonable care to ensure all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Description appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.

Availability:

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Ordering Errors:

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “Submit” during the ordering process.

Orders:

We will take all reasonable care, insofar as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. VAT is included in all prices shown in our shop for orders generated from the UK or the European Union.

All goods remain the property of UV Light Technology until payment is received in full.

Credit/Debit Cards

We will accept payment of the following credit/debit cards – Visa, Delta, Eurocard, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and JCB.

Cheque Payment

We accept sterling cheques payable to "UV Light Technology Limited" (Glowshop.com is a division of UV Light Technology Limited) but they must be accompanied by a copy of the printed order. Goods will be despatched upon the receipt of cleared funds.

Bank Transfer Payment

We accept payment by bank transfer. This method of payment is preferred for overseas customers and for deliveries to third parties.

Free Delivery Offers

Any free delivery offer applies only to the products in the special offer. If you order products other than those that qualify for free delivery, the shipping charge will be worked out only on the weight of products that do not qualify for free shipping. UK only.

Delivery:

All orders are subject to carriage (packing included). UK Offshore, Scottish Highlands and European customers will be notified by email of the carriage costs for orders over a certain value. If you have any queries, or your area is not listed in the store please telephone us on +44 121 423 2000.

Please allow 2–4 working days for delivery of first class post or mail.

Orders received before 1pm wil be processed the same day except weekends and bank holidays. Restrictions apply to some products but that is noted on each product involved, this is due to our strict quality control policy.

Our delivery is based on weight and destination and calculated at the checkout, however if you wish to get a quote you can obtain an accurate figure via your shopping basket. Just pop the items you wish to buy into the basket and click on the “My Basket” button at the top of the page. When you arrive at "My Basket", just scroll down and you will see “Estimated Delivery” box where you can complete the relevant details and see an accurate delivery cost. We will endeavour to deliver within 3 to 5 working days. If items are out of stock or large quantities are required or special orders, delivery may take up to 21 days. If this is the case we will contact you and let you know.

For goods damaged in transit you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Receipt of unopened parcels must be signed for as "unchecked". Failed Delivery - Should a parcel be returned to us because of a "failed delivery" the customer will be liable for the extra carriage for the parcel to be despatched again. Should the customer cancel the order then an administration fee will be charged at the Company’s discretion.

Where we deliver

We will deliver all over the world. If you can't find your destination please email us and we will advise you of shipping costs and time.

Refunds:

If, for an reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us in writing, email or by telephone within fourteen working days after the date of payment and return the goods in the original packaging.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, in accordance with our returns policy we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs or arranging pickup ourselves). We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our costs from you.

Cancellation Policy:

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you have the right to cancel and return your order for any items purchased from our website and claim a full refund for the goods within seven days. However we recognise that seven days isn't quite long enough and therefore allow you 14 working days from receipt of payment to contact us to notify us of the cancelletion. We will accept notification by fax, email, telephone or writing, but we will always confirm your notification by email. The goods must be returned within seven days from the date of notification, if you are unable to return the goods to us within seven working days you must contact us immediately. The goods must be returned in an unused and resaleable condition. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of carriage back to us and you are stongly advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the goods during their return journey.

Exclusion Liability:

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Privacy Policy:

Glowshop.com (and UV Light Technology Limited) do not, under ANY circumstances, disclose buyers’ information to any third parties and does not hold your credit card details. Glowshop.com may, from time to time, send you details of new products or special offers via emails.

Compliance With Laws:

The website may be used only for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding the website and any transactions conducted on or though the website.

The conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
