Carriage: All orders are subject to Carriage (packing and insurance included), UK Offshore, Scottish Highlands and European customers will be notified by email of the carriage cost for orders over a certain value. WE DO NOT SHIP TO THIRD PARTY ADDRESSES (please see Delivery Address below) AND WE DO NOT SHIP TO OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION.
Credit/Debit Card Payments: We accept the following cards Visa, Delta, Eurocard Mastercard, Switch, Solo and JCB. (NB: Overseas customers, credit card payments will only be accepted up to the value of 100.00 GBP - see Bank Transfer below). Please ensure the billing address details entered are those for the credit/debit card used in the transaction.
Surcharge: Credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge.
Cheque Payments: We accept sterling cheques payable to "UV Light Technology Limited" (glowshop.com is a division of UV Light Technology Limited) but they must be accompanied by a copy of the printed order. Goods will despatched upon the receipt of cleared funds.
Bank Transfer: We accept payment by bank transfer (NB: Preferred method for overseas customers and for deliveries to third parties).
Delivery Address: For your security, we do not deliver to third party addresses, unless we have received cleared funds into our bank account.
Telephone Numbers: Please provide a landline telephone number where possible.
Delivery Schedule: Most items are ex-stock and we endeavour to deliver within 7 days. Up to 21 days may be required to deliver out of stock items, large quantities or special orders.
Despatch Days: Generally Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday each week.
Damage: For goods damaged in transit you must notify us within 2 days of receipt.
Receipt of Goods: Receipt of unopened parcels must be signed for as 'Unchecked'.
Failed Delivery: Should a parcel be returned to us because of a 'failed delivery' the customer will be liable for the extra carriage for the parcel to be despatched again. Should the customer cancel the order then an adminstration fee will be charged at the Company's descretion.
Product Details: Due to our policy of continuous development, we reserve the right to amend pricing and product details, without notice.
Complaints: Please inform us as soon as possible if you have any complaint about our service or products. Any complaints notified to us will be dealt with immediately and a resolution reached within 5 working days. We will keep any complainant informed about the progress of their complaint.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000: Under these regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on our website and claim a full refund. To cancel your order you must notify us within 7 working days following the day of delivery. You must return the product to us as required by these terms but if you do not or if you return the product at our expense we may charge you the reasonable costs of returning a product except in the case of cancellation of substitute products.
Should you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations your order may only be cancelled in writing, by fax or by e-mail. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted.
The good must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. You are strongly advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during its return journey.
The product must be returned within 7 days from the date we receive your cancellation. If you are unable to return the product to us within 7 working days you must contact us to arrange collection which will be at cost to you.
