Hire Unit

Hire Terms and Conditions

1.

All equipment is the property of GlowShop and shall remain so vested.
2. The Client agrees:
     
2.1

To provide proof of identity on delivery/collection.

     
2.2 To Notify GlowShop at least 24 (twenty four) hours prior to an extension of rental agreement to avoid a rescheduling charge of 10% (ten percent).
   
2.3 To insure the equipment with a reputable insurance company against all risks including damage, fire, theft, and public liability in the full replacement retail value thereof. The client will provide GlowShop with a copy of the said policy and receipt for the premium paid.
     
2.4 At all times to operate the equipment in an effective, efficient and professional manner in accordance with instruction from GlowShop.
2.5 Under no circumstances to allow removal/collection of the equipment by anyone other than a genuine representative of GlowShop.
   
2.6 To ensure the equipment is returned, on time, without damage and in full working order.
   
3. GlowShop has the right to remove the equipment forthwith:
   
3.1 In the event of any breach of this Agreement by the client.
3.2 If any other circumstances arise which in the opinion of GlowShop make it desirable that the equipment should be removed.
4. This agreement is binding for the period of rental.
   
5. In the event of termination of the Agreement by either party hereto, such termination shall be without prejudice to any claim which one party has against the other in respect of any antecedent breach of the Agreement.
6. GlowShop will not at any time be liable for any claim or damage whatsoever or however caused to any person or property arising out of use of the Equipment.
7. The Client assumes all responsibility for loss or damage to all Equipment listed and agrees to pay GlowShop such amount as may be determined necessary to repair or replace any lost or damaged items. The Client is responsible for all carriage, insurance costs and missing items. All broken or burnt lamps must be returned, or the Client will be charged for spare lamps.
8. All Equipment must be returned by 12:00 Noon on the scheduled return date to avoid the charge of an additional day.
9. The Client may purchase the Equipment at any point during the Agreement period at a price to be agreed at that time by the parties to the Agreement.
10. A signed hire agreement with payment in full must be received before release of equipment for the hire period.
