These photo luminescent water based acrylic paints are specialist materials which are translucent in nature and very different to conventional paints. Fluorescent paints are formulated for optimum brightness in normal light and when exposed to UV blacklight produce a magical 'neon like' glow. The paints can be applied to a wide variety of surfaces including textiles, paper, wood, plaster, masonry, coated metal and some plastics. A protective clear varnish can be applied over painted surfaces to reduce aging effects due to light exposure.
